The BVI Bar Association is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 18, 2024. This year's AGM, chaired by President, Scott Tolliss, was one of the best-attended in recent years, with all but two positions on the Council being contested. This high level of participation reflects the growing engagement and commitment of the legal community to the Association and its objectives.

The Chief Justice has approved the revision of the mediation fee schedule issued on 9th October 2020 in accordance with paragraph 10 of Practice Direction No. 6 of 2020 – Court-Connected Mediation (Re-Issue). The Revised Mediation Fees for the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court (Re - Issue) and Explanatory Note was published in the BVI Gazette Issue No. 108 on 31st August 2023.
